Earlybirds Running Out!
I couldn’t help but notice, as I rolled off the cold, hard floor I sleep on, that the floor was still cold and hard - even though Auckmageddon’s earlybird payment discount is about to finish. By now, our Scrooge McDuck moneyvault (aka my bed) normally has at least a couple of layers of soft, velvety cash lining the bottom of it… so, to help alleviate the chronic back issues I’m now developing, we’ve figured it’s time to run a promotion.
If you prepay before the earlybird promotion finishes - so before midnight on the 1st of June - you go in the draw to either have your payment completely refunded (that’s right - you’ll get a FREE TICKET!), or one of two copies of Trackmania 2 (which is shaping up to be a GoG game this time around).
Everyone who has already prepaid is automatically in the draw. For those of you who haven’t: get your cash in within the next week, and you could either win your money back, or win a sweet new game.

A7 Earlybirds Now Open
Earlybird payments for A7 are now open until the end of May, now with a fancy pants credit card facility, so you have no excuse not to get your ticket!
Head over to the event page and register up so you can acquire your ticket at the special earlybird pricing.

Oops…
Looks like we missed our deadline for opening up payments. We’re actually pretty gutted about that; we want to make paying for Auckmageddon 7 easier than ever before, and being accurate about when we accept payments is a big part of that.
The reason it’s been delayed is because we underestimated the time it’d take to deal with the banks, and the other parties involved, now that we intend to accept credit card payments. This includes both the bank verifying everything works - and us making sure our payment management code is good (because frio made it, and that guy’s a jerk). We’re hoping that taking credit card payments will make it easier for you to pay, keep accounting with regards to your ticket more obvious, and hopefully, help us sell more tickets.
We should be launching the verification process on Monday. If all goes to plan, payments will open fully on Friday, the 4th of May. We’ll post more when we know more.
